These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the relationship between Timlaline Tafoukt and any person booking an activity or event via the website or any other means of contact. All bookings are considered confirmed upon full or partial payment. Prices are quoted in Moroccan dirhams and may be changed at any time before confirmation. Customers may cancel their booking under the following conditions: a full refund for any cancellation made more than 48 hours before the activity, a 50% refund for cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the activity, and no refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the activity or in case of no-show. Timlaline Tafoukt reserves the right to cancel or modify an activity in the event of adverse weather conditions, safety issues, or force majeure, with the option of rescheduling or a full refund. Participants agree to comply with safety instructions, arrive on time, and behave respectfully; any breach of these rules may result in exclusion without refund. Timlaline Tafoukt cannot be held responsible for accidents resulting from failure to comply with instructions, nor for the loss or theft of personal belongings. The personal data collected is used solely for reservation purposes, in accordance with the privacy policy. All reservations imply full and unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions, which are governed by Moroccan law.
