1. Introduction

At Timlaline Tafoukt, we are committed to providing our clients with a unique desert experience (activities, dinner, events). This refund policy explains the conditions under which a refund may be granted.

2. Reservations and payments

The customer can cancel their reservation at any time and will receive a full refund (100%), without any time restrictions.

4. Cancellation by Timlaline Tafoukt

We reserve the right to cancel an activity in the following cases:

  • Dangerous weather conditions

  • Security problems

  • Force majeure

In this case, the customer will be able to choose:

  • A full refund

  • Or a postponement to another date

5. Delays

  • Customers must arrive at the agreed time.

  • In case of significant delay, participation may be refused without refund.

6. Booking Changes

  • Any changes (date, number of people…) must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.

  • The modifications remain subject to availability.

7. Specific conditions (desert activities)

  • Some activities (such as sandboarding or dinners in the desert) depend on natural conditions.

  • No refund will be given if the experience is slightly modified for safety reasons.

8. Refund Procedure

  • Requests must be sent by email or WhatsApp with proof of booking.

  • Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days.

  • The refund will be issued via the same payment method used.
